Linda & Jim_opt(1)Mediation

Mediation allows people in conflict to resolve their own disputes, on their own terms, with the guidance of a neutral mediator.

Settlement Conferences

A settlement conference is a more directive way to resolve a dispute.  The settlement master evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of each party’s case and and helps you come to agreement.

Arbitration

Arbitrators listen to all sides in a dispute, then render a decision.  This decision can be binding, advisory or can be appealed in court.

Facilitation

Facilitation helps get your organization back on track.  The facilitator helps your group have a conversation, decide on goals, and create an action plan, while resolving any existing conflict.
